The “My Health” application provides quick and easy access to your electronic health record. With it, you can find all your health data, including examinations, specialist referrals, prescriptions and vaccination information, in one place.
The purpose of “My Health”
The application is designed to improve the management of healthcare services by centralizing all your health data in one place.
What does “My Health” offer?
1. Digital access to your health data
With “My Health”, you can easily review your health information wherever you are, at any time.
2. Complete insight into your health history
The application provides detailed records of previous and current examinations, specialist referrals, prescriptions and vaccinations. It also informs you about the expiration date of prescriptions and the availability of medicines in pharmacies.
3. Vaccination history
Track your immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccinations, through a simple and intuitive interface.
4. Active participation in taking care of your own health
With quick access to results and detailed information from your personal health record, the application encourages you to take control of your health.
Who is it for?
“My Health” is available to all citizens, regardless of age, who want easy access to their health data. The application is available in Macedonian, Albanian and English.
How to use it?
The application is available in both mobile and desktop versions. Login is done through the National e-Services Portal using eID, without the need to create an additional profile.
