Registers

Health registries are official lists containing data related to the health of the population in a particular country. In our country, the Institute of Public Health is the institution responsible for collecting, processing and analyzing this data.

Medical and health data are updated in the National Electronic Records System –
MyTerm.

Registries containing medical data relate to the health of the individual and include data related to anamnesis, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment. Registries with health data relate to the health of the population and include medical data.

All data in the registries are processed in accordance with legal regulations for the protection of personal information.
