Director

Refik Mustafi, Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, born March 1, 1957 in Vlasenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is married and father of a son.

He completed his elementary education in the school “Jede Filipovski” in Vrapciste, and began his professional education in 1973 at the “Zlate Malakoski” Technical High School in Gostivar where he graduated in 1977 as an electrical technician.

In 2007 he graduated from the Technical Faculty of the University of Sofia and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

His work experience began in 1984, as a controller in the textile factory “Goteks” Gostivar, where he held the position until 1989.

In the period 2000-2004 and 2009-2013 he was elected as an advisоr in the Council of the Municipality of Vrapciste.

Since 2009 he has been working as a professor of technical subjects at the Gostivar’s Municipal High School – “Gostivar”.

Since 24 July 2019 he has been appointed Acting Director of the Directorate of Electronic Health – Skopje.

Mr. Mustafi has actively participated in numerous projects in the Republic of Northern Macedonia and abroad, as well as attending congresses, conferences, seminars and workshops.

The native language of Mr. Mustafi is Turkish language, and actively speaks Macedonian, Albanian and Bosnian.
